Ick!
So last night we had ham steak and mac'n'cheese. And I took a Lactaid with it. BIG MISTAKE!! I will no longer be eating anything with lactose and taking a lactaid with it. I've learned my lesson. I've NEVER been so sick before. My abs and back are killing me this morning :(

Heard the heartbeat!!
So we changed our practice and I'm now having the baby at The Birth Cottage in Milford! I'm so excited! Trav and I went to the first appointment on Monday, and it was great! They listened to the heartbeat and it was a strong 150 beats per minute!
I hit 12 weeks on Tuesday and I couldn't be more happy! Every day that goes by, I'm more and more confident about having a healthy strong baby

Sleep: Rough couple of nights, I could use a lot more!

So, I'm 6w1d pregnant and this nausea thing really sucks. I'm also having serious food aversions. I have a feeling that I will not be enjoying the Christmas dinner/breakfast that I have been looking forward to!
Waiting for my 8 week appointment on December 28th at 9:30...won't get to see the baby though. I guess it's all about medical history and such. I've got my 11w6d appointment on January 18th. Hopefully Trav will be going with me to that one, because we'll be listening for the heartbeat!!!

On my way home from work I stopped at CVS. I wanted to know for sure if I'm pregnant or not. So I spent the $15 on a digital test. At least this will spell it right out for me!
I got home and told Trav that I was taking the test. He said "Now?" I told him that I just couldn't wait anymore. I needed to know.
So I went and did my thing. I came out with the test staring at the display window. Trav told me to leave it be, just put it down and wait the 3 minutes. Just as I was putting it down, "Pregnant" popped up!

After being a week late, I decided to take a test. 3 minutes later, it appears as though it's positive...hmmmmmmm, we all know how tricky those lines can be!
